Where did my insight go? I posted on Bundle but it disappeared!
We have community managers and moderators who look at every post before it is published on Bundle. They try to do this very quickly, but please be patient. If a moderator removed a post, it may have been deemed inappropriate, inaccurate, or against one of Bundle’s community policies. If you believe your post was inappropriately removed, please contact our editors at editors@bundle.com.
My financial institution is there, but I can't add my account(s).
Check for error messages. Some financial institutions require you to answer additional questions to connect the first time. In addition, to ensure that you do not miss any offers or notifications intended for you from your institution, Bundle will not bypass messages presented. You may need to log on to your institution and click through these notifications. Some financial institutions use different websites for different product types (i.e. credit cards and banking). Make sure you have selected the correct URL from the list. If you are still having trouble, please let us know by submitting your question through the Report this tab.
I don't see my new transactions.
There is sometimes a lag of up to one day from when your transaction appears on your financial institution's site and on Bundle. Try clicking Refresh on the Accounts screen in settings. If you still don't see your transactions, please let us know by submitting an issue on the Report this tab.
I can't find my Financial Institution.
Bundle supports more than 10,000 financial institutions. If yours does not appear in the search results, try typing only the beginning of the name. If you still can't find it, please let us know by requesting it on the the "report this" tab.
I can't view Bundle from my iPhone or iPad.
Many of Bundle's tools have been built with visual interaction that requires a Flash enabled device. We are always looking at alternate technologies, as well as users' feedback when updating our site. Bundle's editorial and community content are available on devices that do not support Flash.
