Since I just got a kitten, I've been curious about costs related to pet care. Bundle reports that it runs people in my area about fifty bucks a month for pet care. That doesn't seem like a lot at first, but it's definitely an expense worth noting. People have been willing to shell out a lot more for their pets than they have in the past. You can even get pet insurance these days, which will run you 10-50 bucks a month, but could save you thousands of dollars if your animal gets sick or injured, according to insure.com Even so, studies have shown that people with pets are often healthier and happier. So I can see why people are willing to shell out money for treats, toys, insurance, or even a pet vacation. How much do you spend on your pet? Do you or would you ever get insurance for your pet?
