Open forum: Have questions for a tax expert? Better yet, a taxpert? Now's your chance

Not to be a jerk about it, but have you done your taxes yet? Tax day — or as I like to call it, "Filing for an extension day" — is a mere month away, which means those 1040s are waiting for you. It also means remembering, or anticipating, tax-related confusion. Can you deduct that new computer? How about the cost of your health insurance? What's an estimated tax rate? Where do you file if you moved?

Before you poke yourself (gently, please!) with a pencil, let's put your questions to Kelly Phillips Erb, the most entertaining tax lawyer/blogger in the lower 48. Erb specializes in tax law for businesses and families at The Erb Law Firm in Philadelphia, Pa. She blogs at Taxgirl.com and opines at WalletPop; on the homefront, she is a princess-dress designer and dinosaur expert to three small deductions. (I mean, children.)

Post your tax-related questions for Kelly in the comments. We'll be back with answers on Friday.
