From BundleHQ: Find out the cost of living abroad. Plus: Tell us your weekend spending predictions!

After a week in which we moved to our new HQ and rolled out our first-ever Bundle Report (no, we're not sick of talking about it, thanks), we're happy it's Friday. Maggie (above) included. She's our tireless assistant, more organized than I'll ever be, and eternally pleasant (though when she does get angry, she does it in Polish, which makes it both more serious and more exciting). Onward and upward.

The prices of vices: Justin pointed out new Bundle-esque government stats that say Americans spend 1.5 percent of their after-tax money on alcohol and tobacco, little enough, he says, to make him wonder if the financial benefits of abstention are overrated. Nah, says long-term thinker Presh, who says those numbers are artificially low: they don't count the money you'll spend on a liver transplant or an iron lung.

Do you dream of a life abroad? I do, which is why I am now addicted to Expatistan, a beautifully-designed international cost-of-living comparison site. This flight of fantasy is free, but they are crowd-sourcing their data (another reason to love 'em), so the next time you buy some stuff, visit the site and enter in the prices you paid for what you bought. Then see if you can make the financial case for moving to Barcelona. Ole!

Spending tips: Yesterday we asked for your best spending advice. Among the gems: If you see something you want, but it's not urgent, wait a week; generics are just as good as name-brands (via @johnpaulcapili, @BundleHQ); If you buy something because it's a good deal but never use it, it's not a good deal (from Laura on FB). What else? Keep 'em coming on Twitter (#spendingadvice) and FB.

A money makeover, 1,100 free documentaries, and more reasons to move to Austin: If you got the Weekly Bundle, you're on it already. If you didn't, check it out here, then sign up in that box there.

The question of the day: I've asked it before, but it's one of my favorites, so let's do it again: How much money are you going to spend this weekend? And, per Justin, how much of that will be on booze and chaw? Predict it in the comments or on the Twitter, #weekendspending.
