From BundleHQ: 2010 resolution check-in and Greg's battle with B of A. Plus, meet Phil! Hobbies, good morning Janet Paskin (Bundle) / 02:59 PM, Monday, March 01, 2010 / / Vote this up / 0

Phil Kim

If it's Monday, that guy over there must be Phil Kim. As our CTO (T = technology), he's in charge of making Bundle go, a task far beyond my meager comprehension. Other feats of Kim-style amazingness: he runs to work, builds databases for fun in his spare time, encourages the occasional Bundle beer run. And did I say he makes Bundle go?

About those resolutions: It's March 1. Already! How are your New Year's pledges holding up? Log your progress or slippage in the comments.

This seems unfair: Greg says he got socked with an overdraft fee when his bank closed early Friday due to "inclement weather." He called on Saturday to protest, and he'll get a final verdict today. Sure, you can argue that Greg could have planned a little more in advance (and next time he will), but the bank should reverse the charges. It was inconvenient enough that they closed; bad PR to make him pay for it.

Lots and lots of money: Remember that song "I wanna be rich" by the Calloways? It was a terrible song and worse, catchy. Because I'm an idiot, I googled it and now I've got flagrant materialism on a synthesized, sing-song loop in my brain. Still, the ultrarich can be fascinating. What would you do with $1,546 a month for hobbies? Or $848 for clothes?

What else? Want to know what to do if Oprah is your best friend and you borrow a coat from her and find $482 in the pocket? Or what state's GDP is roughly equivalent to Mexico's? Or why you can't afford avocados anymore? Or do you just want your Bundle teasers delivered by bikini models? Either way, the Bundle tumblr was made for you.

Janet Paskin is the managing editor of Bundle.
