Parents or grandparents traveling with children account for about 30 percent of adult leisure travelers in the U.S., according to travelhorizons. And those families are quite the jetsetters, taking an average of more than four trips every year.


But with single-day theme park passes topping $90 in some locales, family trips can be budget-breakers. In our search for family-friendly vacations that won’t break the bank, we called on travel expert Reid Bramblett.
